is there any cost to register.
- The Submitter is deemed to be the holder of the established email account associated
with the entry.
- By submitting the law, story or photo, Submitter is warranting that the law,
story or picture is original, non-professional, not previously published, and that
no other person or entity has any right or interest in them.
- By submitting the law, story or photo, Submitter is granting to labonteslaw.com
and Super 8 ® Motels, Inc., the owner/sponsor of the site, the right to use
them for commercial purposes for an unlimited time.
- By submitting the entry, Submitter agrees to defend and indemnify labonteslaw.com,
Super 8 ® Motels, Inc. and their parent companies, affiliates, employees, agents,
officers and directors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses
(including but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from the usage of Submitter's
entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Labonteslaw.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify
any laws, stories or pictures that are deemed in its sole discretion to be obscene,
profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate.
- Labonteslaw.com assumes no responsibility for any law, story or picture that
is unable to be processed for any technical reason.
- Submitters with accepted laws, stories or pictures will be notified via email.
- Any Submitter who does not agree with the above terms and conditions should
not participate.
